There are only four different bass root notes in the verse; G C A D.
All that the bass is doing is playing the root note twice, followed by the fifth in that
major scale (basically, two frets up on the next string down)

	When the chord is a G play this:

	When the chord is a C play:

	When the chord is an A play:

	And for a D play:

During the chorus there is also an Em and Bm. But the fifths thing still works well. So…
	For the Em play:

	And again for the Bm use:

It’s really simple but occasionally the verse chords are only played for 1 bar so watch
