there is this shiny surface covered in white
where railroads line up in light to meet you
give it a minuet or twenty-two

we where directed to a spot
i swear i had been to in a previous lot
life, time, disappears once you disolve

we laughed loudly then
that we both had
the same ideas
right then we where less regretful
and eager to debate
so we did
before the cop's light came and took us away
